Medications, Prescription food Refills:
Please give us 24-48 hours of notice for medication refill.
We can provide you with the written script for medication or prescription food to be purchased for online pharmacy or out side pharmacy.
Pets:We require all our pets presenting for appointments to be on a leash or in a carrier.
Covid Policy: Please inform the front desk if you are feeling sick or having signs of cold before the appointment time.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Please call us if you are running late, and we can reschedule if later that 15 minutes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least two hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise it will be considered as a No Show.
No Show-We require appointment fee in advance for future appointments after 2 No Show.
Surgeries-We require 10% deposit to schedule a surgery. Please contact the office no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled drop off time to refund the deposit.
We are taking new patients at this time.
We require our new clients a payment of $50 to schedule and confirm their first appointment. The $50 advance payment will be credited back after the appointment.
This payment can be made with a payment link sent to your email or in the clinic at the time of scheduling.
Two hour notice is requested to cancel you scheduled appointment for the full refund. It will help us to care for a sick patient.
