Company Policies

  1.      Appointments- If you are going to cancel or reschedule, we need to know two hours in advanced. If not, you will be charged an exam fee. 
  2.     Surgeries- If you have a scheduled surgery with us, and you need to cancel you have 72 hours to cancel or the booking fee will be kept. 
  3.      New Patients- we do require our clients to have an email address on file, all records emailed to us and a $50 deposit to book an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need to know two hours prior your scheduled appointment time. Or you will lose that deposit.
