    Veterinarian

    Dr. Thomas is the founder and primary veterinarian of CHVC and is AVMA accredited. He graduated from Assam Agricultural University in India and has been practicing since 2003. He has spent many years working for rescue organizations in Philadelphia helping to spay and neuter hundreds of animals. He is very happy to realize his dream of having a practice with a good foundation of client education and quality pet care. Establishing a clientele that knows their pets will be treated like family by the staff of CHVC is an important aspect of his values. Dr. Thomas is a firm believer that an educated pet owner is the best pet owner

    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Mary is a Certified Veterinary Technician and has been in the veterinary field for the past twelve years. She is very excited to be a member of the Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital medical team. She has two cats at home Riku (Left) and Samanosuke (Right - Sammie for short). In her time away from the clinic, she is a talented dancer for a dance company and dance competition team.

    Kayla has been a part of the Caring Hands team since August 2016. Her passion for animals took off when she started volunteering at ACCT in 2010 and has fostered many dogs in need over the years and has even a adopted a fur baby of her own from the SPCA, Ruth the pittie mix!

    Veterinary Technician Assistant

    Brittany joined us at Caring Hands as a Veterinary Technician Assistant in August of 2017. She previously worked at a pet supply store for 10 years, and through that experience she found her love and compassion for pets and wanted to expand her career and work hands on with animals. At home, she loves to hang out with and spoil her fur baby, a Pit Bull Terrier named Dawkins.

    Veterinary Technician Assistant

    Holly has been part of the Caring Hands team since October 2020 and is a student at Holy Family University studying Biology. Her goal is to pursue Veterinary Medicine. She has two Golden Retrievers and her youngest has epilepsy. Her dog Simba inspired her to take part in this career.

    Receptionist

    Rebecca joined us at Caring Hands Vet Clinic as a receptionist in June of 2021. She is currently studying radiology at Community College of Philadelphia. She has 2 dogs and 1 kitten that she takes care of and loves with her whole heart.

    Crystal joined us at Caring Hands in July of 2022. She started out in the food service business in high school and then after graduation decided to go to Medical Assistant School is the mom to three rambunctious young boys.
